Leaders in Training is an East Las Vegas nonprofit empowering first-generation students to become the leaders our communities need. Our students don't simply prepare for college — they build confidence, develop leadership skills, navigate systems, support one another, and imagine what's possible for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Why pizza? Why now?
Because the best conversations happen around a table.
Pizza with a Purpose isn't a gala. There are no expensive tickets, formal dinners, or long presentations. It's an opportunity to step inside LIT, grab a slice, meet the people behind the work, reconnect with old friends, and hear directly from students and alumni about what this community has meant to them.
Casual. Welcoming. Purposeful.
There is no cost to attend and no required donation. Come learn about LIT, meet our community, and decide for yourself whether you'd like to be part of what comes next.
Save Your Spot 🍕Back-to-School Campaign
Your impact can go twice as far.
Through the generous support of Helms Helps, qualifying donations from new donors and donors who have not given to LIT in three or more years will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $20,000.
If our community raises the full $20,000 in qualifying gifts, the match turns it into $40,000 for LIT students and programming.
The campaign ends September 30, 2026.
